Shipments
We send the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
We are committed to processing orders promptly. Items will be shipped within 2-4 business days if they are in stock.
If the item is not in stock, we will inform you by email when it will be ready for the shipment.
Please make sure to put the correct address in and review it when placing an order. Changes are not always able to be made after an order is placed. We are not responsible for any packages wrongly delivered to an address the customer has put on the order.
We only deliver by courier, it is also possible to collect the order by yourself with FCA incoterm 2020 at our warehouse in Via della Cerca 17/19 Lurago Marinone (CO), Italy.
Shipping cost per order are calculated during the purchase process
The customer is required to check:
- the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the accompanying document of the Courier
- the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet or altered.
In the presence of one of these cases, the customer is required to sign with reserve of control and inform immediately IOCS-E srl at this mail info@iocs-e.com
Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights.
However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier. The claim must be communicated to us within 3 days from the receipt date at this mail info@iocs-e.com
