Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in B2B relationship, but just natural person can exercise the right of withdrawal in the times and ways according to the international law in particular Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council Text with EEA relevance.
Warranty and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies.

Anyhow our products are warranted against any manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of installation and 18 months from the 18 months from the date of shipment or whichever is earlier. However warrantly shall not be applicable in case of accidental damages and damages due to normal wear and tear.
Arbitration Clause
For any dispute, the Court of Milan is established as having exclusive jurisdiction.
Applicable Legislation
If not expressly referred to herein, Italian and EU legislation must be considered applicable.
