2. Contract, correction options and conclusion

The purchase contract is concluded with IOCS-E srl.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

The confirmation mail will contain:

• Order number
• Date of order
• Item/quantity and price
• Method of payment
• Transportation cost
• Total amount of the order

The picture of the product can be purely representative. The product technical data sheet is the only valid tool.

Righ of use
The sketches, drafts, preliminary products, etc. that we may create to fulfill the order are legally protected.

Indemnity
You indemnify us against claims from third parties that they may assert in connection with an infringement of their rights through our contractual use. You also assume the necessary costs of legal defense, including all court and attorney fees at the statutory rate. The exemption does not apply if you are not responsible for the violation of law. Right of withdrawal
